Thrilling 3 day round trip from Sydney to explore the natural wonders of the NSW South Coast of Australia. Some of the country's best coastal walks, the regions only tree top walk and the world's only Indigenous run Botanical Gardens. You'll see for miles, taste the delights of this new wine growing region, watch the dolphins play beside your boat and discover platypus, kangaroos and wombats in the wild.

On your walks you'll see eagles, rugged coastline and whales (June-September). Learn about Aboriginal medicine plants and get to see the special places that Sydneysiders love to visit . Stay in luxurious private cottage,  meet the friendly hosts and take a garden walk where you'll see kookaburras and special Australian aromatherapy plants.

Touring - Day One

Travel from Sydney to the Southern Highlands of New South Wales and then on to Kangaroo Valley on the South Coast . You will travel through some of the most varied and lush temperature landscape in Australia.

  • Arrive at the Illawarra Fly - one of only four steel tree top walks in the world that's perched on a mountain top offering magnificent views. Lunch provided
  • Travel to Fitzroy Falls - breath taking views of waterfalls and temperate rainforest vistas
  • Spoil yourself at Yarrawa Estate Vineyard in Kangaroo Valley with a glass(es) of award winning Chambourcin and taste their culinary treats
  • Stay in a luxury fully self contained cottage surrounded by beautiful gardens at Crystal Creek Meadows
  • Dinner - included

Touring - Day Two

After your gourmet breakfast

  • Travel down for a dolphin watch cruise in a private luxury yacht in the crystal clear waters of Jervis Bay - spectacular whale watching cruises from May to-November - gourmet lunch provide
  • Visit Laddie Timbery's Aboriginal Gallery at the award winning Lady Denman Museum or discover the amazing variety of plant species at the Booderee National Park (winner of the national Indigenous Tourism award 2009). This is home to the only Botanical Gardens managed by the Indigenous people in Australia. There are many important Aboriginal sites. Your tour pack will include a self guided tour of the park and the opportunity to met with Indigenous rangers.
  • Return to Kangaroo Valley and visit the quaint local craft shops
  • Guided tour to see Australia's unique Platypus in the river near your cottage or see Kangaroos and wombats in the wild
  • Stay at your cottage at Crystal Creek Meadows
  • Dinner - included

Touring - Day Three

Following your gourmet breakfast

  • Start your day with a remarkable drive up Kangaroo Mountain offering spectacular views and the change to see Lyerbirds
  • Visit Colangatta Estate, taste the award winning wines and take the walk around the heritage dwellings of the early settler's
  • Travel to Seven Mile Beach National Park - the location of the first flight to New Zealand.
  • Stop off at Kiama for lunch and a visit the Blow Hole
  • Take the breath taking drive along Grand Pacific Drive, through the Royal National Park with magnificent sea views, tree fern gullies in Australia's oldest national park.
  • Arrive back in Sydney

What you must see in Sydney

Sydney Harbour National Park.
Offers arguably the best views of the harbour and city from the vantage points along this cliff top walk around the northern side of the harbour through beautiful forest and glades. Getting there: take a ferry from Circular Quay to Taronga Zoo. You can do both the walk and visit the zoo on the same day

Sydney Opera House & Botanical Gardens
Take the backstage tour of the Opera House (World Heritage site) or enjoy drinks at the promenade cafes. Beside the Opera House are the Botanical Gardens with its rich display of native trees including some enormous fig trees.

Hyde Park Barracks
This significant building is now a World Heritage site. The Georgian building provides insights into the convict life and the fate of many Irish orphan girls. It provide real insights into the modern cultural foundations of modern Australia.

The Rocks
The original settlement are of Sydney it offers fascinating walks and a real sense of place of the Old Sydney
